Philips Avent SCF099/11 Soothie Heart pacifier helps calm and soothe babies. Designed for babies 3-18 months, the Soothie Heart is heart-shaped with a curved shield for more comfort. It is made of hospital-grade, BPA-free and latex-free silicone for strength, comfort and durability. Its one piece construction is specially sized and shaped for baby's mouth and adheres to the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. From the brand distributed in hospitals nationwide, this pacifier is uniquely shaped to comfortably fit little mouths to calm and soothe without inhibiting normal oral development. Transparent, tasteless and odorless, the nipple is strong and smooth and resists becoming sticky. Even after extended use, it won't become discolored or misshapen. The Soothie Heart pacifier is also compatible with most pacifier clips. It can be sterilized using a Philips Avent sterilizer and is dishwasher safe.

I love these binkies for my child. The hospital sent us home with the Phillips avent circular ones but they covered their nose and kept falling out, so we switched to the heart shaped ones. They are the same shape as a nipple which really helps with breastfeeding. Unlike the other varieties of binkies they are completely silicone, so you don’t risk them falling apart. My baby loves the soothie pacis but the other ones have a larger hole size so you can put your finger in and they can suck on your finger. This one is too small, but baby still mostly likes them.

These are the best pacifiers. We have four kids which the first three never took a pacifier because I couldn’t find one they liked. Child number four who is three months old right now loves these pacifiers and so do we!

I ordered these since I couldn’t find the original soothie anywhere. My daughter was hooked on the original from the hospital, but when these came in I realized they were much heavier. She would be okay with these sometimes, but the second she moved they fell right out her mouth due to their weight. She eventually rejected this paci all together. We discovered she was able to use the Tommee Tippee Ultra Light pacifiers, and from those we were able to transition her into the Phillips Advent Ultra Soft Pacifiers (since they are better orthodontically). ... show more
