The table arrived and the screw had to use an Allen wrench to put together. Would have been so much easier with a regular screw head. But, never the less, the table assembled easily and is sturdy. We have had the table for about 1 month. I have noticed some scratches on the the top of the table. We have nothing that would scratch...we might push the dinner plates around and we have a wooden tray that we set on the table. The scratches appear to come from the wooden tray. Eventually, if the scratches become more noticeable, we will have to paint the top surface...bummer. The table size is perfect for 2 people and will be excellent for 4 people. It is now 2 months since we have received the table. We have had lots of rain. I was seeing rust on our patio pavers and couldn't figure out where the rust was coming from. Finally, discovered a small hole, probably a weep hole, on the underside at the corner of the table top. We turned the table over and of course rusty water dripped out of the little hole. Discovered that all 4 corners on the underside of the table top has a hole that lets rusty water drip onto the patio or whatever flooring your table is sitting upon. Had to scrub off the rust from the pavers with vinegar. We put a patch of duck tape over the holes. Have no idea why the holes are there or how the water gets into the table top. Just a word to the wise...if you have flooring you need to protect it or patch over the holes. I took off one of the stars for the rusty water. If it had ruined a flooring, I would have been most upset. ... show more

I really like this table a lot! Very attractive, nice finish and it was very easy to put together by myself. My only issue was that it wrinkled (kind of folded) just a bit by the hole when I didn't get the umbrella in straight when I first put it in. I don't think it will affect the wear of the table - but, it made me aware that gusts of wind might be harmful to the table. The open slates make the water run off easily after rain. Most outdoor assembly furniture is hit or miss. This is not the case. Right when I got it the packaging is excellent and everything is clearly labeled for assembly. Came to me fast and the quality is great. Welds are perfect with nothing wrong. Screwed right up and is very sturdy. I could honestly stand on it. Has a hole in the center for my umbrella and also a cap if you’re not using one. The color is great and matches my outdoor furniture. The finish is a nice matte looking black. ... show more

This table seems well-made and was easy to put together. The problem is in the design of the base which doesn't really allow you to pull your chair up without hitting your knees on the crossbar. Everyone ends up eating either leaned forward funny or holding their plate in their lap, which makes you wonder why you bother to have a table. ... show more
