The cooling fabric was amazing on this pillow. I was so hot all the time while pregnant. I had a love hate relationship with the detachable section and the flat section for your arm. The zipper for the detachable pillow would scratch my husband and I in the night. I didn’t really utilize the flat portion like I thought I would. I preferred to hug the pillow so I could only use the other half of the pillow. Since the fabric has a slick quality to it, the pillow frequently fell off the side of the bed. I’d roll over and have to pull the pillow back up. I wish the whole pillow was a little fuller. I didn’t feel like it was as supportive as it could have been but it was WAY better than nothing. If you prefer a less full pillow, this could be a good option for you. ... show more

I think this will work for most people. My husband recently had his fourth prostate surgery and then, two weeks later, an emergency gallbladder surgery. We knew he'd be spending a lot of time recovering in bed. I have neck and back pain. Between the two of us, we figured one of us would like it. We are both side sleepers. We ordered the star print and the price point is excellent. It is very so slightly itchy but I'm sure a cover could fix that. His issue is that he is 6'6" and it wasn't long enough to do what the photo shows. He would have to move it from side to side every time he moved as one side is thicker than the other. No big deal. It didn't support his lower legs at all due to his height. My issue is that the pillow where your head goes is too puffy. I would wake up with neck pain from my head being too high in the air. One side has a removable section for your arm, which is truly lovely and well thought out. But the other side doesn't. So, again, you have to move it each time you move. (I sleep with my arm under my pillow.) I wish I could have flattened just to the top part where my head laid. I think this would be wonderful if you wanted to watch TV or read in bed. It also takes up a lot of the bed. I have a twin XL and one part was falling off. My husband has a California King and this wasn't an issue (we are sleeping separately for now due to his surgeries). I'm giving it four stars. The price is stellar and I'm guessing this works in a lot of situations. ... show more

It’s not as fluffy as the pictures posted by the seller, but still very comfortable. Now that I own it, I think it’s actually better that it isn’t so full since I’m not sure it would fit under my belly for support. I like that it provides back and stomach support and helps relieve pain. It has improved my quality of sleep for sure. I got this on sale. I probably wouldn’t pay full price for it just because I can’t justify paying $100 on a pillow, but it is definitely one of my favorite purchases. Bought this since I was starting to have problems sleeping while pregnant. I liked that you can unzip and wash the outer cover, but the pillow itself isn’t very plump. It was still kind of flat after 48 hours. A little disappointing but I’m still using it. **EDIT*** Their customer service had reached out and sent me a replacement pillow free of charge! Im not much of a reviewer but this pillow I must say is so amazing, I had to leave a review. My only regret is that I didn’t order it sooner in my pregnancy. Sleeping is so much easier, it’s so comfortable and I was worried that it wouldn’t hold its shape, but believe me, it’s stayed as thick as the day I got it. I love this, sooo comfortable. Perfect sides, support. The top of this is even the perfect head support/ pillow to sleep on, I don’t use my other pillows anymore. I am 60 and not pregnant but have back issues and knee issues.Basically, after 40 body rot.Anyway ,I got this pillow yesterday arranged it for comfort and fell asleep within minutes.Slept for 12 hrs and woke up with no pain or stiffness. I will update as I go along but recommend highly.
