I highly recommend this product because it works wonders! I use it on my underarms, inner thighs, elbows, knees, and along the front of my legs and 1 bottle lasted me a full 3 months with daily (sometimes 2x/daily) use! Musely was too expensive and I’d already tried glycolic acid, which, while effective, takes a LONG time to see results (though it works great as a deodorant). If you want the full effect of PFB, I suggest adding in a kojic acid soap into the mix. I’ve just ordered my 2nd bottle and I’m positive my underarms will be fully lightened to where they should be once I’m done. I wash the areas needing lightening at night with a kojic acid soap and then moisturize. Legs, inner thighs, knees, and elbows I treat with PFB at night. For underarms, the trick is to use PFB in the MORNING, after the pits have had a chance to soak in the kojic acid and have calmed down after the scrubbing. Use the PFB first thing, let it dry completely, and then put in your deodorant (or don’t!). Peeling of the area is to be expected, and I take it as a sign it’s working. I don’t use it right after sugaring (I wait 24 hours) because I don’t like the sting. All in all, an amazing product.     • It's fine still waiting for results
First, this product has a strong alcohol smell that I wasn't expecting but doesn't sting. Usually, strong smell skin products could be a sign of harsh ingredients but I tend to find products that have a smell work best for my African American skin. It's very easy to open and use. I haven't seen any drastic changes since I haven't used it long but my skin is having a light peel which isn't very concerning I see it as a sign that the product is beginning to work its magic! I also don't get any ingrowns and leaves my skin soft and hydrated but not greasy. I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone yet but it's good to try and it's a bit pricey but expensive things do work most of the time. Also the safety of this item hasn't been determined so that's something to think about and mainly why I only give this product three stars along with the strong smell. ... show more

I’ve struggled with ingrown hairs, dark marks, and texture for YEARS. I’ve used various ingrown hair serums and they didn’t work for me (Topicals ingrown tonic, European Wax Center serums, Tend Skin, Glycolic acid, Salicylic acid, etc). I exfoliate a few times a week as well. Nothing worked. This was my last resort. I kid you not, after the first time I used this my skin was noticeably smoother. I got excited because I didn’t expect to see results after a day. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now. I got waxed recently and I am SHOCKED. My marks have lightened. The skin is smooth. I look brand new down there. Try it! This is a must have for me! Note: - I used this twice a day. Once at noon and once again after I showered before bed. - I started using this 3-4 weeks before I waxed or shaved. I only trimmed. - There’s a good chance your skin may peel. When it does, give it a day or two before using again. (If you’re curious whether this works on darker skin, it does 😊) UPDATE: I’ve been using this for over a year now. Definitely a must have product. Although I still get ingrowns and dark marks, this product has done a good job at lessening them and getting rid of the marks that ingrowns leave behind. Also, if you’ve gotten dark patches from waxing (the wax being too hot), this will also get rid of that. ... show more
