I wear this every day for work. Entertainment industry, indoors. The light weight and vents keep it comfortable. If it's not comfortable you will not wear it, which does nothing for your safety. So the weight and vents count for a lot. Fit can also be adjusted on the left and right sides of your head independently. Chin strap keeps things secure. Also has two choices for emergency release depending on the work you're doing (climbing or on the ground). The liner is removable for washing.     • Comfortable for Petzl Lamps

One of the very few suspension helmets still being sold, and thankfully it is excellent. I use with a Petzl Duo Z2 lamp. The battery mount is very solid. The lamp mount could hold a bit better, but is solid enough. Adjustments are quick and don’t shift in use. Venting is nice on hot days.

I like this helmet because it is the most comfortable helmet that I have. I used the slot in the front that holds a light and everything works great. The one major complaint that I have is not with the helmet but with the chin strap which is too short necessitating that you buy a longer strap. When you buy the helmet at this substantial price and then have to buy a longer strap at an additional cost just to wear the helmet, I find this inexcusable and disgusting! ... show more
