I seldom write reviews but had to on this cross and chain. My 42yr old Son passed away on Dec. 8th. He had a heart of gold so I had to get gold and I was impressed. Very thoughtful packed with a tiny funnel and spoon and some very nice words. Also a extra chain. I just can't put ashes in. Will probably have to find someone that didn't know him. It's nice. Very plain which is what I wanted. The area to put the ashes is very very small. Not to sound uncaring but you must get the finest ashes, you can. Otherwise the funnel will get jammed plus the cross only holds a tiny amount.

When I ordered this necklace on April 9th it estimated April 18th-30th even being a customized necklace was still delivered a day early and amazing quality I really couldn’t be any happier with why I got as far as quality/price/shipping all perfect. The only issue I have is the chain isn’t long enough and doesn’t fit around my neck without choking me because the length of the necklace it comes with is only 22 or 24 inches and to fit comfortably around my neck I would need at least 28 or 32inches so other than trying to find another necklace to use so I can wear it I’m happy , I wish they offered different lengths even if it costed a little more I would still pay what ever it costed to be fully satisfied with this product , these kind of products tend to hold a lot of sentimental value and meaning and I just feel that you should be able to request or have an option to get different lengths so that you can have every thing perfect the first time , thanks I really appreciate it more than you well ever know and may god bless those who are going threw a rough time like me , I promise day by day it will get better and remember no matter who or what they are in a better place than the world we are living in today and no more suffering and stress and pain ❤️ ... show more
