As a former sign maker getting back into sign making after a few decades, I've used A LOT of vinyl over the years. I used this over glossy black paint and found it to perform very well. It's easy to weed (and I appreciate the weeding tool that came with it!), adheres very well, and the color is a beautiful brushed gold. I didn't want to spend a ton on vinyl, as most of my pieces will be test pieces, so the price is right for me. Had a really hard time with this vinyl. The project I was working on had a lot of smaller pieces and the vinyl would just lift right off the backing while trying to weed it. Switched to Cricut vinyl and had no issues. Probably ok for medium to large size designs.
