Was agonizing over the this type of stand because of reviews of other stands. I took a chance on this for a small bedroom and a 24 inch tv. This was better than I expected and very easy to assemble. Solid base and metal poles. All tools supplies except for a phillips screwdriver. Very happy with the purchase even though its only been about a week.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is being used for a 32 inch tv in my guest room. I like it because I can wheel the tv to my home office whenever I want. The instructions where a bit confusing but I got through it. I also ended up with extra screws and washers. I am certain that I followed the instructions. The stand is sturdy and secure.
