Again, at this price point and material choice, only thing you can do is make do with what you have. In my experience, after it’s fully charged, I tried it out alone just to see how it was, before trying it with my partner. I placed it in warm leaning to hot water to help it have some better elasticity. Applied a small amount of lube to help slide it on, (Note: don’t apply too much or it will be sliding all over and be unenjoyable.) As I got near having it fully on I milked/squeezed the sleeve to get any air bubbles out and voilà, I was ready for fun, and laughing at my newly enhanced wiggle stick in the mirror. It’s definitely something that helps prolong erections but doesn’t completely desensitize you down there. Again, this is something that will be vastly different for each person. This was a different experience. Something I've never experienced before... And the same for my husband who thought it was weird when I first showed it to him. To him, it defied the very nature of the male phallus. According to him "we can't do all that, so don't go getting use to it." It's definitely not something I'd want to get use to, although I do want to try it in an alternative entry, this was a lot. This review is from a man’s perspective. I wasn’t sure what this was going to be like. We got it because I have a mild case of Peyronie’s and it’s left me with a “bendable & weak” section. So we got this more for added support to prevent any “bending” during intimacy (of course I wanted to add “more” to what I already have as well). Be sure to use a small amount of lubricant on the inside before applying the sleeve – you need to “slip into it”. After a while it will create sort of a vacuum seal and hold on to your tool nicely. To help keep it in place and add more “grip”, I also used a ring on the outside of the sleeve after I was wearing it, near the base. Depending on your existing size, this can really add some length AND girth!! I do not consider myself to be “gifted” but like to believe I am in the upper average range. When wearing this sleeve it measured 8 1/4” in length and an easy 6” in girth near the base. It ADDED over 1 ½ inches in length and almost 1 inch in girth. It looks and feels quite realistic -- amazingly real, actually. And it looks huge! After being married 25 years, I know it wasn’t “new” to my wife, but she was a bit speechless herself; wasting no time to try it out. Unless your partner is well beyond beginner, go slow and ease into it. Be sure to use plenty of lubricant on the outside as well. The vibrating feature is also nice - we both were able to feel it. The app is a nice feature that comes with pre-programmed choices for speed and intensity. My only two negatives, and the reason for only stars, are: 1) it is heavy and will not “stand at attention” on its own; 2) it would get a bit lose and try and pop off because the “normal me” was pushing it off as a result of pressing against the base of the vibrating top section (if that makes sense). This likely won’t happen if what is inserted into it isn’t much longer than 5 ½”; if you are already more than 6”, it may not stay on very easily.
