Really well thought out packaging. A plain felt cover bag to keep in, medium lubricant and toy cleaner included however I thought it wasn’t as slippery ans other water based lubricants. I’ve had three different items from a different mfr using nearly same specs and one of those had better suction but this design base all have common flaws. what happens with all these that have similar features and design here’s 2 bullet vibrators that go into the sleeve about chopstick diameter on short wires. they go in the outermost part of the sleeve leaving only a thin barrier where the sleeve sits against the sleeve connection. Because these go in right and left rotations inevitably the sleeve moves pulling against those wires. Possibly the type and amount of lubricant you use may affect that. the bullets can very easily come out of the sleeve or even wear through it and the billets will be pushed in both directions and come off of the wires. You’ll hear the bullets against the connection if using the vibration mode but not without it so you might not even know the bullets are held by that wire and can break off and they can’t be soldered. It’s super frustrating when they come out and can hear them because you have to stop and turn it off and take it apart to reinsert the bullets and for whatever reason even in the break-in period that can happen a lot. This and others in common have a donut at the base and depending on how you use it and for how long inevitably the donut will come off the plastic ring it’s on. LeLuv does sell replacement donuts too. The threaded top that can hold a cell phone is strong and holds shape. The suction cup for shower/other placement has adhesive on it which is good but the suction cup isn’t the best. I found that in order to get it mounted according to my usage it took quite a few times to move it until i got it right so I’d say try to align it before peeling the sticker off. I asked LeLuv about what type of water exposure it could take and I’m glad I did because I put the mount in the shower so don’t destroy one in a bath. Another well-thought out feature on this is that the upper part of the device has ribbed areas that are much easier given the lubricants and i noticed by holding the upper of the unit and not the barrel the vibration was a little stronger. It fits “average” length and width with some play in the donut but I found it only went 3/4 for me but YMMV and it’s still usable but you’ll tear more donuts. Lastly I mistakenly thought the heating was an internal feature and not a warming rod. I haven’t used that much except to initially warm it but it dissipated easily and the donut didn’t noticeably change. The heating rod has an auto-off so that’s good. If you’ve never tried something like this it’s a game changer big time. If you’ve gotten similar ones that lost the bullets and donut it’s still better thought out and designed. Lastly I can’t fault battery life because it IAD but if you use it over an hour at a time it takes a while to charge so a backup unit helped my needs. It’d be a great idea if items like this had interchangeable batteries like an 18650 so you could use it longer and in the event you dispose of it good luck getting the LIon battery out.

Received the lavablu today , impressive packaging to say the least , it's great it came with lube and cleaner . It was fully charged a definite plus ! For me the slowest speed was the most pleasurable , the vibration option could be stronger , the suction feature is remarkable , if you can't fit your hard ****s into the sleeve the suction will draw it in, super cool feature. I lubed the sleeve and inside with the provided lube, I'm impressed with this technology! The unit came with the sleeve heater which only took 5 minutes to heat up , felt warm not hot. High tech product with an organic feel to it! I wish it could be a bit lighter as it's a bit heavy but well worth the money spent ! I've used it like 7 times , and still the battery is at 95% , it's extremely efficient , with suction & vibration on !

While not medical advice I will tell you that I survived Prostate cancer. As a result of treatment for Prostate Cancer by way of Brachy Therapy and direct beam radiation two years down the road I developed ED. My doctors have suggested vacuum pump therapy in order to regain function. I have attached a video review that will tell you the story.
