Is good dry powder milk to have I recommend it for everyone especially if you like power milk this is a good product, good nutrition and I like the quality no matter how long you store it the shelf is good.

This product is great for backpacking. It makes great hot coco and oatmeal with no added water weight. The taste is beyond words yummy. It takes my back to my time in Europe where all food just seems better quality and tasting. It is pricey, but I do not like what the USA is doing to cows and milk making it very watery and chalked full of chemicals I would rather avoid. So for what little milk I use here this is a GodSend.

I like the convenience of being able to mix up a small amount when needed for cooking or on cereal. It's kind of pricey, but I have a lot of milk go bad when using fresh milk. BUT lately I've noticed it doesn't dissolve as well in cold water, so have been mixing it with hot tap water and refrigeration it if I'm using it for cereal.

I like the convenience of shelf stability. This is not your mother's old-school powdered milk! It is full fat, full flavor milk powder and is superb for cooking applications. I use it often to add richness to powdered mashed potatoes. It mixes and chills convincingly, and is a creamy, delicious additive to tea or coffee.

Usually I buy 1800g for $25.00 at a local International foods corner store (made in Saudi Arabia) but was delighted to find this during a time I couldn't get there. I use it in my coffee, and add a little to non-fat milk for custard etc...I can't imagine why anyone would use those awful sugar-laden whiteners with their phony flavors with this as an option! (and I've shared it with some of these folks) This brand like Morny, dissolves easily, tastes great as milk (chilled) but beware any brand by Nescafe..it turns to mud and requires a hand blender at least...

I used this to make a peppermint mocha mix I could add to coffee at work. I didn't want to constantly buy and bring in milk, but I also didn't want one of the powdered creamers that are full of artificial flavorings and preservatives. This was a perfect solution. I mixed this with some cocoa powder and sugar and have it in my office. I can easily put a scoop in my mug then just use the office keurig to add coffee. I never expected this to work so well! The flavor is on point. It mixes well after a quick stir with a fork (even when I get busy and leave it at the Keurig for a while!). When I get to the end of my coffee, I can see some powder that hasn't been fully dissolved but it doesn't taste bad at all! If anything the last few sips taste more creamy. This product far exceeded my expectations. I usually hate drinking the barely drinkable k cups because I am used to my espresso machine at home with frothed whole milk, but using this milk in the mocha mix makes me actually look forward to coffee at work.
