I started assembling this for my daughter the night before her birthday when I noticed the handle for the ramp was flopping back and forth. I looked inside the plastic box and the gear had been snapped and in half! I understand that there are occasional defects in otherwise good products and typically will simply make exchange returns without bad reviews. However, it is clear that in this case the manufacturing is at fault. The gears are made of cheap, thin plastic. Had it not been broken prior to assembly, I have no doubt it wouldn’t have held up through a single playtime. This product is overpriced at $20, and outrageous at the $90 I paid. I’ve had this thing a year she’s played with it once & it won’t stay put together . It continues to fall apart . Worst 200$ spent

    • Broke the first day being used.
The tower wasn’t hard to assemble. The instructions were clear. My daughter was so excited for her tower. However, the handle stopped working the first day she played with it. When I reached out to customer service they told me to return it. It would have been very difficult to return it and much easier if they just send the replacement part or told me how to fix it. ... show more

    • Garbage. We have had 2 now.
The first tower broke within an hour. The handle to the ramp broke. I had to tear it apart rebox it, and return it to get my replacement. Built the replacement, now the electronics on the top of the tower are broken and are shorting out. I do not have the time to tear it down, mail it back, and rebuild another. DO NOT BUY ... show more

This was a gift for my daughter, she has been asking for it for months.. it has a handle to pull down which opens the slide. After not even a hour of playing the handle already broke, so now she has to open the door and take the slide on her own.     • Falls apart
No matter how tight you get it, the top constantly falls off. This is very frustrating for my 4 year old and for us who have to keep putting the top back on. For the price it was, it is not worth it

    • Broke in the first 5 minutes of play
The lever that activates the slide, the only actual moving part, broke after the 5th time opening it. When trying to figure out what happened we found the cheap plastic gear inside broke. With this being a large product, there's no way for us to break it back down and ship it back. Save yourself the time and money! ... show more

The toy’s lever piece broke on the very first use. I took it apart to try and fix it but it’s impossible. Extremely disappointing given that this was a Christmas morning toy. Also, the price we paid for it would suggest it was more durably built. Disappointing.
