Wear them when I sleep and shower, I rarely take them out. The part that goes through the ear occasionally gets a bit bent and needs adjusting. Every few months I soak in warm water and tiny bit of dawn and they shine like new! For good looking staple Huggies Pavoi has won me over. Like many other reviews on here, this clasp is curved and doesn't click in as much as other Pavoi hoops - sometimes the back falls open when wearing it out on the medium/large hoops. I notice the smaller ones don't have this issue so I wear those more than the larger ones.
