I absolutely love these earrings! The flat-back design is the main reason I bought them, and it's a game changer. Traditional earring backs have always bothered me, especially when sleeping or wearing them for long periods, but these are so much more comfortable. The backs were a little difficult to unscrew the first time, but once I got them loosened, I haven't had any issues since. I personally don't find them difficult to put on. They're super cute, comfortable, and I can wear them all day without even noticing they're there. I have very sensitive ears. As a child, I could only wear 14k gold earrings or I would end up with infections. As an adult, I can tolerate more types of earrings, but my ears usually hurt by the end of the day and are sore the next day. With these, I don't have that problem at all. These are a perfect affordable option for anyone with sensitive ears, and they've given me hope that I can finally wear different styles of earrings regularly without discomfort. These are the first studs I purchased from Pavoi with flat backs & 10/10 they are so cute! I sleep in them, shower in them, wear them every day. They were a littttllleeee difficult to put on myself but once I got a good grip, it worked out! Would probably be easier for someone to put them on for you. PAVOI once again did not disappoint! They are adorable but I am so sad they don’t work for my cartilage piercing because the gauge is too large for my hole. I’m going to try to find the exact same ones just a smaller gauge. They work great for my lobe holes but I really wanted them for my cartilage Seems like really good quality. Gorgeous. Great for sleeping. BUT THESE THINGS DO NOT COME OUT. I’ve been struggling for HOURS to get these earrings out and I can’t. The star is so sharp that it hurts to grip to try to get the earrings out, and the back is so flat, circular, and smooth that you can’t get a grip. If that’s what you want, then 100% buy these. But if you want to be able to use other earrings, try something else. ... show more

This earring is exactly what I was looking for. It's small but great sparkle! I didn't have trouble putting the back on as some reviews state, but if you have long fingernails you might have a difficult time. Definitely will order more jewelry from Pavoi.
