Very pretty, I get a lot of compliments on these! I wear in main hole and then another in second hole to compliment. Packaging is very nice and appears very fancy, which is nice especially since it is not expensive. Could definitely send as gift. It is very comfortable to wear, I have very sensible ears and have had no issues or complications.
