They don’t bother my ears while I sleep and they’re easy to take on and off for cleaning. Okay make sure your ear piercing on your ear lobe or wherever isn’t far away from the edge of your ear- or if you have long ear lobes or fat ear lobes these will not work because they are small hug type hoops. I love them. They got my ear perfect. I forget I am wearing them all the time. I can’t feel them even with headphones on and all. I wear them to the gym and swimming because I literally forget.
