I love PAVOI and it's my go to jewelry brand. I got the multi-colored gold version and decided on this silver version. Pros: beautiful, shiny, fashionable, and the clasp keeps it secure. However...I went through the ringer for this bracelet. First one was missing gems, and I'm worried it will happen again. Did the replacement request and the second one just never arrived. Now this 3rd bracelet is too big! I ordered 7 inch like the gold, but this 3rd bracelet is slightly larger. It makes it a little too loose for me. I bought one of these bracelets last last Aug. I absolutely LOVED it! I literally wore it non-stop (never took it off) for 8mos. It started to tarnish, so I bought a replacement. The clasp is completely different and I HATE the new clasp. You can see the difference in my pictures. The new clasp is a lock style with a flimsy hinge on one side. I actually returned the 2nd one because it was different and broken (cuz it's flimsy). When I got the 3rd one I realized that Pavoi did change the clasp. The old clasp made it easy to get off/on and was much more secure. I'll try this new one for 1wk. If I really can't do it, I'll return this one too. ... show more
