Features

  • 2-IN-1 DETACHABLE DESIGN Split the unit into a portable 4-drawer top chest and a rolling bottom cabinet, or stack them as one solid cart. The top box tucks inside the bottom cabinet for compact storage when not in use grab only the tools you need and head to the job site.
  • 8 DRAWERS + TRAY + CABINET + SIDE RACK Four compartments in varied depths plus a top tray, a spacious bottom cabinet and a side peg rack keep screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, pliers and power-tool accessories sorted instead of jumbled. Stop digging through one messy box. (Overall 24.4"D 13"W 42"H measure your space first.)
  • DUAL LOCKING RODS + BUCKLE Two lock rods secure all 8 drawers, the top tray and the bottom cabinet at once; an added locking buckle keeps everything shut during transport. Comes with keys so kids and theft stay out of your gear.
  • 4 UNIVERSAL WHEELS, 2 WITH BRAKES Reinforced swivel casters roll smoothly even when fully loaded (100 lb unit); two brakes lock it in place so it won't drift or collide. A side handle at comfortable height makes maneuvering effortless across garage or workshop.
  • COLD-ROLLED STEEL FRAME + EVA LINERS Powder-coated cold-rolled steel resists dents, rust and scratches for daily home use. EVA protective liners in every drawer and the top tray cushion your tools and cut rattling noise. Built for the homeowner and DIYer not industrial abuse, but plenty tough for your real jobs.

    • Great smaller tool chest
Color: Purple Style: 8 drawer
For the price point, this item is 5 star. It is not top quality. The price should tell anyone that but it's good enough for my purposes. The box it's delivered in is heavy so have a friend to help. I unboxed on my own, so it can be done, but would have been better with help. The top chest is shipped inside the bottom chest and requires you to remove a side panel in order to access it. It is also bolted in with four bolts that you have to remove from the bottom of the bottom chest. This is not obvious when you first unbox. The instructions are inside one of the drawers, along with the casters and hardware. Thankfully, another reviewer pointed this out, otherwise I would not have realized that I had to undo not only the side panel, but also the four bolts. I still had a very difficult time getting the top chest out from inside the bottom chest. Even with help this would have been pretty difficult because it is really wedged in there. I understand why it was packed so tightly, to ensure no damage in transit, but be prepared with upper body strength. Once you get the top chest out assembly is pretty easy. There’s a box inside one of the drawers that holds the casters, a screwdriver, all of the necessary bolts to assemble, as well as the side handle and the hanging pegs that are on the outside of the bottom chest. While I was assembling it, the door to the bottom chest came off, and it was very difficult to put back on. It is a very flimsy door and if you aren’t careful, you could damage it. The drawers on the top chest are pretty shallow. They will hold small wrenches and smaller thinner items, but I had to use one of the deeper drawers for screwdrivers. The felt liners could be better, they easily slide around, so I might line mine with grippy cabinet liner. It comes with four keys. The top chest uses a different lock than the bottom chest so you have to try the keys before you can find the right ones for each lock. I don’t know if this is typical of other tool chests but personally, I wish they used the same key. This is a great tool chest for small projects and someone who doesn’t have a lot of larger tools or things they want to put in a tool chest. It is decently sturdy, but definitely not heavy duty. If you are looking for a heavy duty tool chest that will stand the test of time and lots of movement around your home garage. This is probably not the one for you. It will work great for my needs. ... show more

Excellent product, my wife wanted her own tool chest and she is obsessed with purple. She now has all her tools in place and doesn't want me to touch them. Very good product.

Easy to assemble and works fine for what I intend to use it for. Not as sturdy, not heavy duty but will serve it's purpose for now.
