The media could not be loaded. For the price point, this item is 5 star. It is not top quality. The price should tell anyone that but it's good enough for my purposes. The box it's delivered in is heavy so have a friend to help. I unboxed on my own, so it can be done, but would have been better with help. The top chest is shipped inside the bottom chest and requires you to remove a side panel in order to access it. It is also bolted in with four bolts that you have to remove from the bottom of the bottom chest. This is not obvious when you first unbox. The instructions are inside one of the drawers, along with the casters and hardware. Thankfully, another reviewer pointed this out, otherwise I would not have realized that I had to undo not only the side panel, but also the four bolts. I still had a very difficult time getting the top chest out from inside the bottom chest. Even with help this would have been pretty difficult because it is really wedged in there. I understand why it was packed so tightly, to ensure no damage in transit, but be prepared with upper body strength. Once you get the top chest out assembly is pretty easy. There’s a box inside one of the drawers that holds the casters, a screwdriver, all of the necessary bolts to assemble, as well as the side handle and the hanging pegs that are on the outside of the bottom chest. While I was assembling it, the door to the bottom chest came off, and it was very difficult to put back on. It is a very flimsy door and if you aren’t careful, you could damage it. The drawers on the top chest are pretty shallow. They will hold small wrenches and smaller thinner items, but I had to use one of the deeper drawers for screwdrivers. The felt liners could be better, they easily slide around, so I might line mine with grippy cabinet liner. It comes with four keys. The top chest uses a different lock than the bottom chest so you have to try the keys before you can find the right ones for each lock. I don’t know if this is typical of other tool chests but personally, I wish they used the same key. This is a great tool chest for small projects and someone who doesn’t have a lot of larger tools or things they want to put in a tool chest. It is decently sturdy, but definitely not heavy duty. If you are looking for a heavy duty tool chest that will stand the test of time and lots of movement around your home garage. This is probably not the one for you. It will work great for my needs.

Overall I am very satisfied and it will fit my needs perfectly. Both boxes stacked are still only about 3 ft. tall. (Top - approx 1 ft., Bottom - approx 2 ft.) So you understand that it's a small box. That being said: Pro - Sturdy well built box. Easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. They took the time to package it well, so it should arrive to you in good shape. Comes with drawer mats and drawer slides that operate smoothly. Bottom compartment is a good size, compartment cover slides back into the box out of your way. Works perfectly for my wood working toold. Con - Casters may work for a concrete floor, but they are hard plastic with sharp edges so I had to get new ones that would not mark up my shed floor. Top box isn't attached' which is not uncommon. But most boxes are not 3 foot tall, so the ability to attach it would make it easier to push around. but they do give you a felt mat to keep it from sliding on the lower box. I am not a tall person, but the handle on the tool box is very low for when your pushing it around. That's why I wish the top box could be attached. All in all, it's a well made little box. Remember, you get what you pay for so there is a reason they don't charge you the prices of the well known brands.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is smaller, but perfect size for my needs and a great product for the price! I am impressed by the quality of the drawers and ease of assembly. I would recommend this product to anyone for home use. I would not recommend it for industrial use, but for home it is plenty sturdy.
