The kit came with all that was advertised, the quality was ok for the price. Some balloons deflated after tying together, I believe it was about 3-4 balloons. As a beginner I think this kit was good just wished I would have had more balloons to give it more of the bubble look. I took pictures before Hi Shine spray and after. They lasted for the whole party and well after. I loved the color of the balloons as well. Overall I would buy from this company again.

This set has everything you need to make a great birthday party! There are plenty of different sizes to make a giant balloon arch. I only used half of them, and added my own streamers. The words are reusable, as is the ballon arch tape, so I have enough for 2 parties.
