Description

Your child will ride into the danger zone in this Halloween with this Top Gun: Maverick flight costume for kids. This poly woven jumpsuit includes interchangeable “Maverick” and “Rooster” printed fabric patches, a zipper front closure and elastic pant hem. They can keep their essentials in the functional pockets on the left shoulder or on the thighs. (Shoulder pockets have a zipper and hook-and-loop closure.) Chest pockets are non-functional. Shoulders include sewn down United States Fighter School and USA flag fabric patches. Boots and sunglasses are not included. 100% polyester, exclusive of decoration. To care for this officially licensed Top Gun: Maverick costume, spot clean only.

Pretty much a perfect fit, not too baggy, nice and slim. He mentioned it was tight around his shoulders and he had to slide both arms in at the same time behind him instead of one at a time. My son is about 85 pounds and 4’9”. The fabric on this is pretty thick, much nicer then I was expecting and loads better then the other suit we purchased. The patches are okay, the interchangeable ones stick out a bit because of the Velcro, but they stay on all day with no problems. The Velcro is stitched on, not glued so I could easily remove it all and stitch the patches directly. Last thing, it washes well. This was a great costume. My son absolutely loves it. I had to hot glue the Velcro back onto two of the patched, but I think they would have been fine if he hadn’t been taking them of and putting them on again and again.
