Man. Sometimes I wonder how I ever survived without one of these with my first two babies! I'm currently at that "will I ever sleep again" phase of parenting a new baby, and I don't know how I would function without this! I love the fact that it's adjustable so I can get it right up next to me at the same level of my mattress. The bassinet I used with my last baby was about a foot below my mattress so I had to bend down and try to pick her up while my abs were still complete mush from being pregnant and then try to put her back into it without falling over or straining my back. It's crazy how hard that actually is when your muscles are completely shot and you aren't even allowed to work out yet or are recovering from a c-section. Definitely a life saver. I anticipated using this like an extension of my bed and having it strapped to the mattress with the side of the co-sleeper zipped down, but then it occurred to me that if I did that, I couldn't use the adjustable base for my own bed... So it actually works best for me to use it in more of a bassinet style and then I can push it away from my bed when I need to get in or out, and just pull it back when baby needs to eat. The wheels are great for that! The mosquito netting is such a great idea... not just for mosquitoes though! It's also great for keeping out pets such as cats or adoring older siblings who haven't completely mastered the art of touching gently yet. This baby bassinet is a luxurious place for my new Loved One to rest her pretty little head! Not only is it multifunctional and designed to spoil her, but it is also beautifully created to stay appealing to the naked eye. It’s perfect for setting safely beside our master bed, and within arms reach (which I love), but without being intrusive. And I adore the many ways I can use it, that makes our lives that much more comforting. Whether bedside or just a convenient stand-along bassinet of beauty, this lavish crib is designed to be spoiling to my baby, while staying helpful to me. The mosquito net is precious in both functionality and in appearance and it only compliments the entire bassinet with a Royal appeal. Sleeping baby right next to me? Amazing, especially when he isn’t feeling too good, I love to keep him close to me just not in the bed because I don’t do co-sleeping. It’s really nice and easy to maintain sleep because little one is close and I know I can hear him if something is wrong. Now it’s not just for bed side, it’s literally can go anywhere in the house and just being nice nappy spot. Awesome that it comes with the net for outside time so no bugs can get to him especially in the evening when temperatures go down we like to be outside so do the bugs. Quality seems to be great, was relatively easy to put together and overall just great transformational bassinet that makes my life easy.
