My rating of 4 meant as a caution for other potential buyers. This product is easy to work with and looks great. The caution is to know that this is largely a piece of plastic with a photograph attached to piece of plastic. When I got to the edge of my tub enclosure, I finished the edge of tile with L-channel molding, just as the palisade rep advised me to. In order to ensure a solid bond, I placed blue painters tape along the molding until the tile adhesive cured. When I attempted to remove the tape the next day, the top 2 layers ( protective layer and photo film) separated from the rigid core. It was astonishing that this happened but also to see how incredibly thin these top top two layers are. I re-attached the layers with silicone but it caused a concern about the longevity and durability of these tiles. I’ve attached photos of the section which separated. I’m staying positive about this but I will post an update if this happens again. ... show more

As far as quality, these look great! But, there is BROWN in the tiles, and there is NO BROWN anywhere in my bathroom, and the description we read on Palisade's website describes ALL GREYS. Not to mention, that it's not just that there is some brown, if there was a little brown it would still match ok, but it's the way that there is brown, it's in a design that looks like it's dirty marks, as if the shower isn't clean. If it weren't for this, the greys and white color is perfect for my bathroom to match the floor and vanity top. This is so disappointing. ... show more

Installed as directed. While installing I made sure all joints were tight and sealed. Which was difficult to do because so many of my tiles had broken/chipped corners. I avoided using as few of those tiles as possible, saved them for cut pieces and top row. I like the finished product and it saved us a ton of money not having to hire work out. I wouldn't recommend cutting pieces with a utility knife as they suggest, use a saw. ... show more

They look good and not hard to install. But had several issues. We had to order more because a couple of the boxes arrived with less 2 fewer tiles than advertised. Some of the tiles were scratched. As far as a good value, it's not. Cost a lot more than installing a regular shower. And then there's the clear silicone you have to install between the tiles, that doesn't wipe off like shown in the video. And you can see it after everything is done. ... show more
