Needed a replacement for an issued Drifire top that was fading and ripping in the armpits. Off the bat, the picture is slightly misleading. The color of the shirt itself is green, so if your command is OCD about having the same top as your issued one, this is about as close as you can get without paying $400. The main difference is the shoulder velcro. I've had this shirt for a couple weeks now, my main gripe with it was the tag that was sewn on just above the belt line. But that is more of an asthetic gripe, I just removed it with a knife anyway. The shirt is long enough for me, I'm 5'7 with a long torso, I don't have any issues with the shirt coming untucked. I've ran this shirt through 7-8 washes just to get the formaldehyde out, (this shirt was super stiff when I got it), with minimal fading. Just ensure you wash with cold water, inside out, or it'll fade immediately just like any other uniforms. The high collar looks goofy at first, but this is pretty much a replica of a Crye G3 shirt - the collar is high for a reason. It's excellent at preventing your sling from rubbing your neck raw. Bottom line? If you need flame retardant gear, this is a no go. You get what you pay for - this is a $50 replica combat shirt, not a $200-$400 combat shirt. Your results may vary, and I do not recommend buying this with extremely high expectations, especially for rough duty use. But it works FOR ME, just as good as my Drifire top. ... show more

I like it, it's worth the money, I use it at work instead of my working blouse. It does the job for a fraction of the original item, especially when my workplace is incapable of providing it (not their fault) because of lacking inventory or too expensive. Buy larger than you’d typically buy for shirts, it’s the same as the frogs issued prior to deployment. If you’re going somewhere that you’ll be issued frogs, you’re gonna need extras.
