The roller skates for skaters of all ages, feature PU foam in the boots that keep feet nestled in and well cushioned. The liner of these quad roller skates provide quick-dry comfort. The Aero is equipped with 58mm X 40mm sturdy urethane speed wheels and is loaded with Bevo Gold - 7 Race Rated (Chrome) bearings to deliver speed and control. They are set on AMQ Pro Frame aluminum chassis and feature 5/8 inch adjustable toe stop. These skates fit true to Men's U.S. shoe sizes.

I’ve been skating for a couple months and I wanted to get my own pair of skates instead of always getting rentals. Originally, I brought the sure grip rebel avanti skate but I decided to return those and keep these instead because I liked the boot on these better and this skate is less heavy. The tongue on the sure grip skates kept digging into my leg. The boot is pretty comfortable but a bit bigger than expected. I am a womens size 7.5 and usually wear size 6 in rinks. Size 6 is often tight esp when the rental skate hasn’t been worn out. This size 6 has additional space (like one finger of space) so I do wonder if I could’ve sized down to size 5. The shoe gets scuffed easily if you fall on your knees a lot like me. The fabric on the inside of the shoe where the tongue is stitched to the shoe sticks out but taping that down made that a easy fix (and no one can see that since it’s on the inside.) I also had to adjust the trucks and replace the cushions/bearings so I can turn better and adjust the height of the toe stop. The threading on the toe stop stems is slightly messed up which is a bit annoying when adjusting the height the toe stop. I have no complains about the toe stop itself. I had to switch out the wheels because I found the wheels that this skate came with had too much slip and made it hard for me to stop. I wanted a boot to get good at skating in so to do so, I had to replace the wheels and cushions. I don’t have experience with other shoes but I do think that I would also have to change out the cushions and wheels on other shoes in this price range as well. ... show more

I was looking for a nice stock all-black skate to use when I go to roller rinks and these ticked all of my wants: –All of the components (minus the silver plate) are sleek black and are good quality for the price, including the wheels and bearings! –Metal plate is sturdy and bushings are robust when handling hard impacts (like jumping) –The boot is stiff enough to keep your foot in place when doing quick footwork even with the low cut. –The boot is made of a combo of plastic and pleather, so it looks nice and should hold up for a while. The velcro cross strap helps with additional stability. Overall, these have been a great first pair of quad skates for me and I'm very happy with them so far! I love the minimal, all-black design of these skates and the quality of the stock parts. We'll have to see how the material of the boot holds up... after a few falls at the rink, I've found that it scuffs/scrapes away very easily, but otherwise they've been excellent for my use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used to go skating regularly as a kid and through my teens. Now my son is in love with skating so I wanted to get us both skates so we could make it a ‘thing’ again! Found these for myself and I couldn’t be happier. I wear a size 9 women’s shoe and ordered the 8 because they are men’s sizes. They fit perfectly with room to move and they are very comfortable. I ordered on a Tuesday and got them on Wednesday. HappySkate is really on top of things!! I had a lot of trouble finding some for my son, but finally ended up finding some, also sold by HappySkate but fulfilled by Amazon... they are for his birthday (having a skate party) and they’re going to be here next week which is too late, but he’ll still love them. I just wish Amazon was on top of things like they used to be. I would recommend looking for sold and shipped by HappySkate if you purchase skates on Amazon. *NOTE: no Bostons were harmed during the making of this review* ... show more

I just roller skated with them today for the first time! I like them, they are pretty nice! For the price they are not bad. They are not the best skate in the whole wide world but they are definitely better than most. They are made well, and the wheels world fantastic on the outside road. I am going to start skating on smoother roads though because mine has a lot of pot holes and is janky. You definitely have to break in the boot, and I also put insole cushions in mine for extras comfort. The wheels are a softer rubber for outside use. The boot I freel should last for quite some time. I would recommend spraying some wd40 on the bearings or soaking them. But overall I am satisfied and happy to be out on the road again skating like I used to. ... show more

I was looking for an entry level skate that have an aluminum chasis with adjustable toe stop. Did a lot of research and found a good review of the skate on youtube and decided to give it a try. My application is for outdoors so I knew upfront I needed to change the wheels since the ones it comes are for indoors. I purchase the Moxi Skates - Classic - Outdoor Roller Skate Wheels - 4 Pack of 40mm x 65mm 78A Wheels along with the Rollerbones Bearings 8mm 16pk. Changing them only took my about 10 min and I am really impress on how well it rides on paved rodes and on concrete. The boot is really confortable and the skates do not feel that heavy. I've had a pair of pacers from high-school that have lasted 20+ years and I still use them. I wanted to start outdoor skating but wanted to keep my old skates set up for indoor so I got this pair of pacers. They are comfy, and great for this price.
