The only thing I have any complaint about is the virus on the included software which others have mentioned, too. I removed it and the software worked perfectly. It is a little difficult to adjust the speed. What showed on my screen was not how it looks on the sign, so it took a few tweaks to get it right. All very minor considering how nice the sign is for the $$.

The sign is really bright and the graphics are good. I had a little problem with the program and I was concerned about contacting the company over seas. However, their customer service rep responded to my email within minutes and worked to resolve the issue. Still in the set up process but so far, I am very impressed.

I tried to make this software display several steps and repeat in a loop. It never worked and was impossible to figure out b/c the English used is not really language, but a garbled mess. Neither could the email support even understand my issue and could not explain this basic function. Total waste of time dealing with such Chinese vendors, not ready for export product sales to the USA. The sign looks ok, but it's useless without SW or support.

I have mixed feelings about this large programmable LED sign. The sign itself is a good size and looks well-made. There is no external power switch. It came packed very well. But… The old outdated software only works with a Windows computer ONLY and a USB drive to transfer information. The program itself is not that good at all, and not being able to have an app to program it more easily, and quickly is very disappointing. I have not been able to get everything to work correctly for me. I would really like to see them add an app with better software so it can be controlled without running to a computer.
