My kids really like these and they were a big hit at the party. They were the perfect size for the cupcakes and the cupcake tower shelves. I was surprised to find that we didn't have a single duplicate. 2 per bag and there is a clear bag divided in two holding them inside. They do stand, but they also tip backwards fairly easily.
