These are made of heavy-gauge stainless steel *with rolled edges* -- there is no give or bend under pressure to the handles or cups, ensuring these will hold up for years to come. Accuracy is a given for OXO, the silicone grip on the top of each handle does deter slippage, and there's no sign of rust whether washed by hand or dish washer. The only major caveat is that the bottoms of the handles are plastic, which is less durable than the silicone they used on the tops while also creating a small crack around the edges that food can become lodged in. If OXO had used silicone instead of plastic, which is disappointing at this price, these would have been perfect. Nevertheless, these are the best measuring cups/spoons I've seen in quite a while so I have no problems giving them five stars. ... show more

Good quality cups. Flat top works well for leveling off. Easy to clean. Magnets help keep them together in the drawer. Magnets for spoons are more effective than the ones in the cup handles. When stacked the weight of the cups over powers the magnets so they really aren't doing much but still seems like they might help if they were to get tipped or tousled in the drawer. Oh and I did notice that the measurement number on some have faded a bit but that seems like a normal side effect of frequent use ... show more

    • What’s not to like?
I gave this as a requested wedding gift. Gotta have measuring devices when cooking at home. They appear to have a good grip handle. Can’t comment on how they wash up. BUT, if I needed a set of measuring cups and spoons, I’d be delighted to receive these. Look well made.
