I got this for storing craft and/or makeup supplies (I haven't quite decided yet!), but it would also be great for keeping a few of my smaller, frequently used tools close at hand. It could also be useful if you have a truck or otherwise need your tools on the go. The box is small enough to fit most anywhere and it's stackable, although the top does lift open, too. This has a decent amount of storage for smaller things like flat wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., or for storing eyeshadow pallettes, lipstick, and more. As always, this is entirely my own original, honest feedback based on my personal, inexpert experience with this product. Your experience and/or opinions may differ. This mini steel tool box serves its purpose for small item storage and organization in a compact portable design. The drawers provide decent space for tools and parts, and the metal construction feels sturdy enough for light duty use around the home or garage. Functionality is okay for quick access to small items with the multiple compartments. Quality shows some inconsistencies with low quality control. The top squeaks because it scrapes on the hinges during opening and closing. Drawers are not evenly set on both sides so you have bigger gaps between the drawers on one side than the other. These issues make the overall build feel sloppy at times. For value for money it is affordable but falls short compared to other similar small metal tool chests that have tighter assembly and smoother operation. I would rate this 3 stars. It lags behind better made portable organizers in fit and finish while still offering basic utility for simple storage needs.

I ordered this and then immediately got a mail that a similar toolbox was on sale at Harbor Freight for $15. The pros of this over other similar toolboxes is that this does not have a logo. I'm going to be decorating mine, and it's nice to not have to figure out how to go over or remove a logo. That said, the pictures for this toolbox show it with the lid open at an upright angle. The hinge for this toolbox does not stop it in an upright position. When it is open, it fully opens so the lid is flat towards the back. There is no mechanism to prop it open like it is in the pictures. The rails the drawers slide on are just bent metal. The drawers do not slide smoothly, they can be a bit rough and sticky. It's an okay toolbox, just more expensive than other options. Mine also had a defect in the lid that left a very sharp chunk of metal exposed (see the first picture).

This little toolbox has been such a pleasant surprise. I originally picked it up for a smaller tool set, but it would work just as well for tattoo equipment, craft supplies, or other small items that need organized storage. The drawers slide effortlessly and smoothly, and the top compartment holds more than I expected. The powder blue color is absolutely stunning in person and gives it a unique look compared to the standard red or black toolboxes. Despite its compact size, it feels sturdy and well made, and the price point makes it an easy recommendation. I have already suggested it to several people, especially since it comes in a variety of colors to match different styles and preferences.
