I bought this cup for a very specific purpose: measuring and pouring water into the non-removable tank in my personal-sized, pod-style coffee maker. I'm happy to report that it's absolutely perfect for that purpose. I've always used glass liquid measuring cups in the past, but I find they tend to spill liquid down the side of the cup when I attempt to pour it. This beaker-shaped silicone cup is far superior! I have a lot of pain and weakness in my hands, but the soft honeycomb texture on the outside of the cup makes it easy to hold even if it gets a bit wet when I fill it. It's sturdy enough to hold two cups (that's the version of the cup I bought) of liquid without wobbling or spilling, but it's super easy even for my dodgy hands to squeeze for a precise pour with no spilling or dribbling. The measurement markings are very easy to read as well. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

My two concerns with these measuring cups were: 1. if liquids drip down the side as you're pouring (I don't think I'm the only person who finds this extremely annoying!), and 2. can you really hold them with boiling water inside and not get burned? The answers are NO, liquids DO NOT dribble down the side as you pour---yay!!! Leave it to OXO to fix this annoyance! I love me some pyrex, but I can't stand that poor (pour? Ha ha!) engineering!!! I tried to add a video to this review because pictures speak louder than words, but it wouldn't let me, (Ur!) so I guess you will have to trust me when I say I tried pouring water and also melted butter in large and also barely dribbling streams and neither ran down the side of the cup. And YES, you can hold them with boiling water inside and not get burned! These measuring cups are the most perfect ones I have come across. They can be used by left or right-handed people and still be able to see the measuring increment markings, you can put them in the microwave without fear of them melting or you burning your hands, they stack nicely and don't take up much room in the cupboard, and apparently they are dish washer safe, although I'm still too paranoid about the markings coming off as I have had this happen with pyrex glass measuring cups. It looks like the print won't come off of these, but I hand wash mine anyway, just in case, because I can't speak to the longevity of the print, and what good are measuring cups with no markings? I can't recommend these enough and I'm thinking of giving these as Christmas presents this year. I also bought the 4 cup one and this set of three fit perfectly inside. The silicone is nice in that you don't have to worry about dropping them and breaking, and they are squeezable, but not to the point where you would feel like they would collapse, sending the contents onto the floor. I am very picky about my kitchen gadgets and am always thinking of ways they could be improved, but I think OXO did a great job on these... I am putting my pyrex in my yard sale!

These silicone cups are incredible! I use these to microwave things like milk and to melt butter without worrying about scorching the milk or burning my hands. I can't feel any heat at all on my finger tips while using these. They are flexible enough to help you accurately pour liquids, but are still sturdy enough that you don't feel awkward holding them.

I had a single measuring cup from this company that I have been using for six years. It never stained and the lettering on the side has not faded one bit. However, I used it constantly, which meant I had to wash it constantly between uses. When I saw the three piece set, I immediately snapped it up just to make my life easier. The set looks just as good as the cup I've been using all these years. The faint blue color is very pretty. The 1/2 cup, 1 cup, and 2 cup sizes have already been used and washed. There are no weird smells, or any smell at all. These cups are very well designed. They go through the microwave with no problem and I can even handle the cups with boiling water without a problem. The honeycomb on the side is nice because it gives such a good grip. I also like the little spout on top. It's true that you pinch the cup to pour from it, but the spout just gives a little more direction. I love all my OXO cups.

I don't make large quantities if much of anything, so these sizes work good enough for me. Really like the handgrip these offer. Abd the squeeze they offer fir pouring. I believe they offer a good value for their price. Sturdy enough to use in everyday measuring and use in the microwave on low. Clear to see the measurements and should stay readable longer than the typical measuring cups.

I love that these are flexible, easy to use, and clean. My only dismay is that they are now breaking at the edges. Both of the smaller measuring cups are breaking at the edge. The piece just falls off. These are hand washed as I have no dishwasher and they are NOT stuffed in the sink underneath other dishes. I’m not sure if anyone else has this issue. Still great to use.

I work in an in an office and all I have is a microwave. It’s helpful that I can just stash this in my drawer and pull it out when I want some hot water for my instant noodles for lunch. It stays cool to the touch after it’s heated up the water to boiling. I think it is a tad expensive for a silicone cup but Im getting a lot of use from it.
