First impressions: these look much more expensive than $50. The little gold jaguar detail and grommets are nice, not cheapy. The lug is substantial but these don't weigh a ton. They're not ultra light but they're not heavy like Docs. Sizing: I'm almost always between a 5.5 and 6 depending on the brand, but this 36 fits PERFECTLY. I also ordered the 36.5 and it's like a 6.25. Both are ok for me, I'm going to try them and see which feels better. So often I find something labeled as a 6 is too darn big on me like it's a 6.5. These don't have that problem. If you plan to wear socks, I would definitely consider sizing up. I can imagine keeping the 36.5 for socks. Comfort: I'm just wearing these in the house right now. Nothing is immediately rubbing. There is a nice cushion at the back. The foot bed is flat (no arch support) which I like. The insole foam is like a springy memory foam, it feels good. The shoe isn't narrow, but I can imagine if I use these barefoot for hours my pinky toe will be unhappy. No show liners would fix that. Or keeping the 36.5 and using socks would fix that. The laces keep the shoe on even if you size up a bit. Color/finish: these are a perfect in between! Not patent and not matte. I REALLY like the slightly shiny black. I really hope they don't scratch easily but with the high lug, you'd really have to scrape something weird. Overall: is a do wish they were a bit lighter. I don't usually wear lug soles, so this might just be me. If you lift your foot, you definitely FEEL something heavy on your foot. I'll walk around the house and update.

I love these shoes. There was only one review at the time, so I was scared. And I didn't think they'd turn out good, to be honest, let alone this good. I needed a cute, comfortable work shoe and damn did they deliver. I wear this 6 days a week. Yeah, there's a little wear on the inside at this point, and it does tend to scuff easily, but that's not a problem, and scuffs can be buffed out. I tried Dr. Scholl's, and they had comfort but they didn't fit so nicely and ended up giving me blisters everywhere. On top of that, no other shoe I saw had padding at the back of the ankle, which is so comfortable. I'm honestly so impressed, well worth my hard earned money.

I really dig these shoes. They are comfortable, stylish, and not heavy. I haven't worn them at work. It seems like they will be comfortable after a long day of sitting. True to size. I will update if needed. These are awesome! No problems wearing them at work. I'd wear them everyday. I love these!

I bought these shoes for cosplay so I got a lot of walking done in them and I was always relieved to change into my sneakers at the end of the day. I did get a blister from the shoe and ended up adding some extra stickers into the shoe to help make it more comfortable. They look very cute, but I wouldn't hold out amazing hopes for it's comfort levels after a day of walking. The material of the shoe is also a very shiny rubber-like material.

As and addition to my daughter's shoe collection, they really stand out. And I would even say it competes in looks with a similar pair of Doc Martens. And according to her, they feel great.

These shoes are heavy and have zero cushion in the foot. My feet are always in pain immediately when I wear them. They are not walking shoes. Barely even going to dinner shoes.
