It’s comfortable, easy to recline but difficult to close. Makes a big noise when closing so it’s a hassle when baby is asleep. It was super easy to assemble. It had a strong odor, but in a few days it was gone. They delivered the wrong color. Didn’t request a refund because I was short of time.

I will be honest I wasn't sure if buying a nursery recliner online without trying it out first would be wise but based on all the good reviews I thought I would do it! This chair is for my daughter who is expecting - this chair came quick, it was easy to put the 2 pieces together, and most importantly it is sooo comfortable! She and my son-in-law loved the chair. This chair fit all of her: not too big that it takes up so much room, it swivels, it is a recliner, it rocks, the color matches the nursery, and it is super soft! Just got it in the mail. It comes in two pieces- took 3 seconds to connect the two pieces. And then all you had to do is cut the zip ties off the swivel under the chair. I’m 240lbs 5’8” and have plenty of room. My 200lb 6ft husband fits it in just as good. The color matches my other furniture perfectly. It’s also not stiff and comfy in first sit. Haven’t sat in it for hours yet, obviously, but I’m hopeful! We will eventually move it to the nursery. ... show more

Not only is this chair subpar in comfort (there’s very little padding in the seat/back, zero on the arms), it started squeaking (loudly) within weeks of use. We purchased it in October 2025 in preparation for our third daughter’s birth. It sat unused in the nursery for the first couple months after she was born. We began using it mid January 2026 and by February, it was so loud I couldn’t even rock my daughter because the squeaking woke her up. Not only that, but the foot rest is very difficult to put down in general after birth with no core strength, but it’s impossible to put down quietly while holding a sleeping baby. In addition, the back won’t stay reclined unless it’s ALL the way down, so if you’re interested in using the reclining feature you’re going to be disappointed unless you want to lay flat. I purchased due to the number of positive reviews, ignoring the negatives…I was over here thinking they received a faulty product or they weighed more than my husband and I (I’m 5’6” 145 lb after delivery, my husband is 6’0 185 lb and has rarely ever used the chair). You can’t return this item to the manufacturer if you have issues, either. We’ve far surpassed the return window for Amazon as well. PLEASE don’t make my mistake - trust the negative reviews and spend your money elsewhere! ... show more

We have bought 2 !!! Love these chairs. However, we bought one and it was very squeeky, I used wd40, it didnt help, I contacted mfg (they were amazing to deal with and suggested I returned, which I did) I returned and reordered... new chair came and is whisper quiet. Now we have 2 amazing chairs that do not look like your typical ugly recliners and look fantastic in our French country living room! I highly recommend.
