Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought these 4s batteries after reading good reviews on the Ovonics brand. When i received them, the will not charge on my Ovonics charger because it does not recognize the balancing ports. My other Ovonics batteries charge perfectly. I have tried to contact Ovonics 3 times to get the batteries returned but no replies. Their customer service is Terrible. ... show more

I normally buy HRB lipos, but tried these because I needed specifically four 4s-6000s with an EC5 plug. They are marked as being for cars, but I've been using them for months in 8s airplane (two lipos in series) and they work every bit as good as the HRB's I'd used previously. So far, no puffing, but time will tell. I'm careful not to run my lipos down too far and if I don't end up flying, I discharge to storage level. I don't know for sure if that helps, but it can't hurt. ... show more
