I had my doubts about these little batteries, because I have other 2200mah 4S batteries that are twice the size. I flew them in a 4S 5" stretch X racing quad and got 16 minutes and 42 seconds out of these flying slow and steady. They are great little batteries and I flew them down to 3.55 volts per cell and they recovered to 3.7. I would recommend them! ... show more

Haven’t had any charging or usage issues. Both work fine and are able to charge quick. Fits my 124019 with some minor adjustments. Not too heavy and cheap compared to others. Would reccomend. Much better than hoovos exploding batteries

    • Way over rated, not 130C, not even close.
These are fine as 35C batteries but there is no way that they ar4e 130C. They are functionally identical to the 35C ovonic 4S 2200 lipo that I bought a couple of weeks ago, right down to the 14 gauge wire. For 130C @ 2.2 amps you would expect these to handle 260 amps of current and there is just no way that is even possible with 14 gauge wire. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The size of the battery and the connector type Value for money: Same mah as the original battery in 4s instead of 3S Functionality: Fits my upgraded Omni Terminator. I installed a 120 amp ESC, and a carbon version motor. So I could run on 4S batteries.

    • Not quite as powerful as normal size packs, but really convenient.
My experience with all my stubby packs so far has been that they aren't quite as power packed as their longer siblings. These are no different. I recently got both the stubby Ovonic 4S 2200 and the regular Ovonic 4S 2200. Charged all of them at 1C then put them all on my discharger at a constant 10amp draw, all the way down to 3.7v/cell. The stubby packs got a bit warm, around 105F during most of the discharge. They averaged about 22.5 Wh of power of their rated 32.56. The regular packs provided about 5 Wh more. That said, this size fits in some of my planes much better and can help achieve the correct CG. So I'm still liking them. ... show more
