I never write reviews, but this was such a shocker of a perfect item that I feel I must! To me, the pictures make this comforter look a little juvenile, like perfect for college. But it actually looks modern and tasteful! (I mean no offense, collegiates) We have a pillowtop queen size bed and found that we were always in a sleep battle to claim what little of the comforter spilled over the sides. So we tried a king size comforter and that was comically huge, not to mention suffocating overnight. I found this sucker available for same-day delivery and figured "it's gotta at least be better than what we're dealing with now." It's not better, it's PERFECT. The size is perfect, maybe still a teeny bit too long but: It looks far nicer than the pictures, it feels like quality material, we no longer fight for enough comforter, and I'm not 6000 degrees overnight anymore. Listen to the other tips here: wash it first. I still don't know how they fit it in the box it came in but it wound up at least twice the size after a quick wash and dry. You will not regret this purchase!!! We love the dark grey, it is a true grey, not black or heather. ... show more
