This very stylish piece is also so beautifully made!! The black & white rustic look is really stunning & so great that it comes with a sink & lovely marble top. I would have given it 5 stars, but the delivery process was terribly disappointing. The truck came quite late on the night before it was expected and if we hadn’t come out to meet them, the guys would have left the piece sitting in our driveway all night!!! We begged them to take it into the house which was really close by & gave them extra money. They just left it carelessly inside without even unwrapping the carton, which other delivery people have done for us very graciously without making a big deal about it.     • Drawers Malfunction / Bad Customer Service
I unfortunately would not recommend this. On the plus side it is very solidly built and has a great appearance but my contractor and I had major trouble trying to get the drawers working properly. As it stands, 2 of the 3 drawers work ok (but are hard to open), while the third is completely non-functional. I contacted the manufacturer and exchanged emails for months since they said I need to have the "glides" that came with the product swapped out. Yet they kept insisting on knowing the "model #." I provided them with the receipts from Amazon, a link to the product page and all the dimensions (there is no model # appearing on the product itself) yet they never sent replacement parts and finally stopped answering my emails asking why I hadn't received them. Major disappointment when spending over $1000 for my size unit in a brand new bathroom. ... show more

I haven’t received the vanity yet. I will be refusing the delivery. I don’t know anything about the quality but it looks good in the pictures. I am returning it because it has a left side sink and after starting the remodel of my bathroom, realized that wouldn’t work. I was also concerned about the size. I purchased a 42” vanity and after going over the pictures given I think they are a bit deceiving. I ended up paying more for something that had a center sink. Surprise, vanity came assembled! Delivery guy was so professional. Structure & counter equally masculine and beautiful, high quality - better than photos. (Will update w. photo after install/remodel complete.) Wish manufacturer had recommended specific faucets to fit three-hole design. Fyi, over-flow hole not in illustration but you need specific drain pop-up for that. ... show more

Used for a remodel, the only thing wrong was the shipper dropped the item and it was damaged. Initial instructions were to box it back up and return. It weighs too much to rebox. No others in stock to replace. Finally was able to get a price reduction. I feel the shipper should have been charged for the bad handling. ... show more
