I vacuum pack a lot of food. This makes it easier to see when I put it up. Sure, you could use some painters tape, but these come in the right size, easy just to peel and stick. Also use them for any food that I open then reuse. No more guessing on just how long that "thing" in the jar has been open. Also let's you know how fast you go through something. That way there's no guessing and you don't waste money buying too many. Easy to apply, sticks on long enough.

We purchased these "dissolvable" labels for three of our restaurants and they have been THE WORST food labels we've purchased thus far. Not only can you not peel them away when the bin is dry, but once they get wet you can barely scrub them off with all your force. Once you get the label off, the amount of sticky residue left just clumps and barely comes off with a scrubber and hot soapy water. This has wasted so much staff time - waste of money.

Great label, but impossible to remove, it does NOT dissolve in water. I’ve gone up 200 degree water and the adhesive doesn’t come off. It’s more of a hassle to use.
