Now that I've got the correct size of GoldCamp storage stuff sack, I can honestly rate this product. First of all, I was impressed with the quality of construction. It looks as if it can last many years with the weight of material used. The material is actually thicker than I expected. Almost tactical thick. The size was just right for my intended use. Functionality is actually better than some other compression bags I've seen shipped with some sleeping bags. It''s super easy to use. Again, better than most other compression bags i've used in the past. Travelability is good. I can actually strap this thing to my bicycle rack and get down the road without much fuss.

I have a large Teton Bridger -20F sleeping bag which is 90" x 40" and 10.5lbs. There was no way I could roll it as tight as it came from the factory and it was much too large for my existing stuff sacks. I had one stuff sack that I could barely squeeze it into with a LOT of effort, but the opening wouldn't close making it impossible to cinch down. This XXXL one easily holds it with room to spare. Since it fits completely inside the stuff sack, I can cinch it down to as small as possible. YAY!

Well constructed compression bag. Draw string closure is stiff, so you have to scrunch the material down the cord while keeping tension with other hand in order to get tight. Plastic female clips break easily. On a 1200 mile journey via motorcycle, i had one break under fatigue. The stitching of the bag is not waterproof.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this xxl 65 liter to pack my Teton Celsius XXL -25f 10lb oversized sleeping bag. It just barely works, but it does work. 2/3 of the way, I had to place it on the ground and push against the floor to get the bag in, but with that position it was not difficult. I doubt a 12yr old boy could do it, but a grown adult could. I was able to compress it enough by hand to pull the draw string enclosure about half way (enough to keep bag from popping out). After that, connecting the top or lid was easy enough and it did compress down to what is roughly the size of the original sleeping bag “BAG” that Teton sent with the bag when new. This compression bag is much easier to use. However, this is absolutely the largest bag that will fit in this compression bag.
