I am not using this for a playhouse. I am using this cover for our chiminea that we keep on our porch. We've had almost a week of rain and it kept the chiminea dry. The cover is not very heavy, but didn't budge in the wind thus far. Great product.

This is truly an all weather protector. The inside has silver insulation and the outside is totally water resistant. The fabric is strong. There is a zipper to open and close it and strings to tighten it at the bottom for a more secure fit in case any wind comes around. I got this for my granddaughter’s toy house that we keep outdoors and the few times that it has rained, it has stayed totally safe.
