I was skeptical of the scientific claims surrounding blue light blocking glasses. I have only been wearing there for 3 days. But I will say that my sleep is already very different and I can't think of any other reason. All of factors have pretty much been the same. Since eating Keto a few years ago, my sleep as improved immeasurably. I have been sleeping like a baby, 7-8 hours straight, never waking up. From Keto I don't snore any more, no indigestion, no heartburn, my sinus problems have decreased to very little problems. So, I didn't think anything besides Keto could improve my sleep. Since wearing these 3 days ago, I dream a lot more in my sleep. Maybe that isn't a great thing, but it doesn't seem bad. My sleep was restful and uninterupted, but I hardly seemed to dream. The last 3 nights have been just a crazy amount of dreams it seems like all through the night. Anyway, I thought I would just share this. I am not 100% these glasses are the cause, but I just thought I would share this to see if other people have experienced this.
