This was my first time making my own soap. The product was easy to use, especially for beginners. However when taking a shower it made my skin feel tough. After I dried off my skin was a little smooth but not very noticeable. Also compared to other brands and retailers this one is way overpriced. I bought a different brand elsewhere for literally 75% cheaper than here. In conclusion I wouldn't buy this one again. ... show more

I added castor oil and some sugar to this after it was melted. This cocoa butter lathered decent unlike the goats milk base I tried from hobby lobby. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because my skin didn't feel any nicer after using this product, I actually felt a pinch dry. I did feel clean though so it did do it's job for the most part the lather is very important to have a clean feel. it also worked well with my cute molds. ... show more
