I bought these to decorate coworkers offices for birthdays. They look just like the picture once they’re put together. The downside is you have to put EVERY SINGLE PART together. The flower poof things were a real pain. But, once that was done, it looked really pretty.

Loved the color scheme, poofs and tassels! Though you have to handle it carefully as they could rip when you put it together. Alone, all of the components took about 90 mins to put together. The happy birthday sign was cute but came slightly bent. Overall, this was a very cute set but was not sufficient for a full party. I needed purchase additional decor in order for the party area to feel full.

Colors are beautiful! Super cute and perfect for what I needed. Assembling the flowers took time- and not easy as you don’t want to rip them as you’re fluffing them up. I only used 3 small ones since it took so long, but it was enough and just a small family party to celebrate her birthday. My daughter can use the remaining flowers and tassels to dress up and decorate her sorority room.

If I had not hung the banner - I would return this. The "poms" are cheap and tear - after you figure out how to assemble them. No instructions. The streamer banners? Nonexistent. You need to separate the cheap thin tissue paper and then are supposed to roll and tie to make streamers. I tore them up and threw it all in the garbage. Find a nice Happy Birthday banner and then buy something else you don't have to figure out how to make.

I love the colors and the end result but I had no idea I would spend 2 hours putting it all together. Every piece requires work. The only piece that didn’t was the circle banner and it happened to fall and it got so horribly tangled in that fall that I couldn’t salvage. The end result was fine but I don’t think I’d do again knowing it would require that much work. I didn’t want a project.
