I've worn lip stains for years. I'm returning to lipsticks. This isn't as drying as many paint style lipsticks. It doesn't peel, and with liner, it hasn't bled--a real issue once you're over 45 years old. It does feel moisturizing, not like glosses or moisture sticks, but it's pretty good. I ate an apple with it and it stayed on. I wanted a deep pink, and it's really more of a peach. I faintly added a mauve red to it to make it the color I want. Colors look darker in the tube than when you actually apply them. Once on they are more true to the photo and very moisturizing, I would buy again.
