The packaging and tube are pretty and very easy to use; there is a magnet, so the tube stays shut. The formula is moisturizing on my dry lips, glides on easily and is a beautiful color. All of Oulac colors are amazing and beautiful. They go on smooth, just the right amount of moisture. They don't last long but they last long enough, you gotta start with a nice clean dry lips. Lip liner makes these colors look even better. Oulac also have excellent customer service, a ran into some issues with ordering and they did a wonderful job helping solve the problem. OK, I still remember the frosted lipsticks in the 90s. They looked great at first and then your lips dried up. It looked terrible! I don't know how this lipstick is made, but it gives me that frosted shine I love, the color lasts, and your lips are MOISTURIZED!! No weird odor or taste. Very creamy formula, liked so well decided to buy another color. I wish it would stay on longer though just started using my lip liner to fill in lips before the lipstick, does help some. I will buy again
