Alright so let's just go to the 1st thing that's wrong with the phone is phone is it constantly disconnects from USB in my car so if you're phone connects to USB in your car for navigation on Car screen You will constantly get disconnected maybe not at 1st bat 1st what eventually has gonna happen and eventually just happens more and more and more and probably has to do with the fitting on the phone where the USB attaches over time but probably wear it down a little bit and probably comes just a little bit loose to begin with Overall I really like the phone I hated the fact that I needed to switch it out but I did and I got another unlocked phone off Amazon Samsung this time and it doesn't disconnect at all but this other phone the one we're doing to review for great phone love it that was the only problem I had ... show more

I'm going to give this phone 5 stars for now, that may change. I am definitely giving the seller Omeilia 5 stars because they did a great job with their warranty service. I received the phone in March 2021. I really liked the phone right away. Its really fast, has alot of storage, has great screen resolution and the battery really lasted a long time. It could go about a day and half without recharging. So I was really happy with the purchase - a great deal for the price. The battery definitely went south in late July. lasting for about a half day. Only about 3 hours if in use. I was disappointed and tried first to work directly with Oukitel. Never got a single email back from them. Pretty mad about that cuz the phone is still under 1st year warranty. I contacted Amazon and they set me up with direct messaging with the seller Omeilia. (Special thanks to Will, at Amazon, very helpful and customer oriented.) After a little discussion Omeilia sent me a replacement phone and I sent the old one back. Super fast and friendly. The new phone is working great and I will not hesitate to buy from Omeilia again. I will keep and eye on the phone battery though and update if it fails again ... show more

As far as I can tell after having only one day, it's a pretty decent budget level Android phone but I do have a couple of issues of which I was unaware when I purchased it. My biggest issue way with the launcher which is very similar to what iPhones use (I don't like iPhones). There is no application drawer like almost every Android since the beginning of time has had. All apps are on one of the several windows and can be arranged to the user's preference in New windows if desired. (I installed a third-party Android launcher to overcome this limitation). Another thing I though was really odd was the 20 megapixel selfie camera with only a 16 megapixel rear camera. That sounded a bit backwards to me but at least I knew this when I purchased it. ... show more

2nd Review: I have begun to be a less happy with this phone. The company touts the storage capability, but a new SD card/TF card is not recognized as storage when it is installed. I have tried multiple ways and tested the card in another device, so I know it is good. Of course, no manual or help is available that I can find. I contacted the company but their English is poor and I am not hoping for much. Searching online has not helped me. This is very dispiriting as I am getting 1/2 the storage that I purchased the phone to get. I do not want to spend another 4 days setting up another new phone, so I guess I will live with it, but not happy about it. 1st Review: I am very happy with this phone. And I'm very happy with the price I paid for it ... everything is working exactly as I wanted it to. The switch over was easy. The phone even came with a clear outer cover saving me from buying one. I would buy it again in an instant and recommend it highly. BTW I have no idea what sheerness is. ... show more

I've been using the C-21 for about 2 weeks now and REALLY like it. Setup was super simple with Google and SMS Backup & Restore from Sync Tech (Playstore). I did have an issue with the SIM and AT&T. They had to make a nano SIM as my old phone had a mini and was bigger. The phone was not listed in AT&T's system, so they had to do some kind of work-around. It worked though. I also found that not all micro SD cards will work. Some 32 Gig didn't, but some did (?). Overall I find the phone very fast and not loaded with a bunch of bloatware that you can't delete like on some other phones. The worst aspect of the phone is the instructions. Microscopic print and very little actual instruction except picture of phone controls. Thank goodness for the Youtube videos! ... show more

This nice cellphone worths the price. So far so good. Pros: 1. Light. The cell phone is light and can be used with one hand only. When I was lying on my bed and reading or watching videos, not feeling it too heavy to hold(compared to some big and heavy phone like iPhone 11). 2. Big screen. As it’s almost full screen in the front, the reading and watching videos experience are amazing. 3. Loud speaker. 4. The cell phone comes with a cell phone case :) 5. Fast charging. I did not count the exact minutes, but it seem to take about 1 hour(or maybe less) to full charge from around 30% battery volume. 6. Support finger print(on the back side).It’s very useful especially in this COVID-19 period. It supports face unlock as well, but finger print is more useful for me now. Cons: 1. No 3.5mm headphone jack. Need Bluetooth earbuds. Or earbuds that support type c. ... show more
