4 stars simply because the case only fits in the holster in one direction. Other than that, the case is perfect for what I need it to do which is protect the phone from drops. Fits snug with nice texture for a good grip. Also doesn't make it hard to reach the outer edges of the phone. Definitely recommend and this is always my go to case for my phones. Am very pleased with this protective cell phone case. Have used OtterBox cases before and know them to great. As a maintenance worker my phone takes a lot of abuse, dropping, stuff banging into it etc. The OtterBox case provides excellent protection.
