I bought this item 2 years ago to assist in easing my carpel tunnel while writing contracts. The ‘softness’ of the mat creates a sort of cushion effect, which has helped immensely when writing a lot. The sticky tabs are pretty darn strong, and I’ve had no problems with my mat slipping or moving. It is starting to get slightly discolored/foggy around the edges. But, again, it is onto years old, so I think it’s done a great job. I will be ordering a larger size for my home office and a few for some coworkers. Love this item!
