Box came in slightly dinged up, but the care they put in to wrapping each item seems to have paid off. Each piece was meticulously wrapped to ensure everything was free of scratches. The finish on the top of the desk is satin smooth and assembly was easy, be warned the directions are pictures only. Aside from the instructions minor inconvenience the only other downside is the rgb strip is not addressable via bluetooth from my pc, this seems like it would be a given due to the application of the desk. It will be a cheap and easy replacement in the future but it seems like they slightly missed on a nice feature. I had my doubts about this desk. I am a pain in the butt to impress, but I must say....I truly am impressed. The frame is thick. The welds are nice. It was so well packaged it was almost annoying. I loved that! I have used the desk for a couple months and couldn't be happier. Great width and height. The RGB light is fun. A simple phone app controls it. The wire management underneath is pretty good. That's the only thing I'd ding it on. A little creativity and you'll be fine. Some people say their desk arrived damaged. IDK. Still worth and exchange process if arrives that way. Can't help what the carrier did. Just know that when it leaves their warehouse, it's super hero packaged. ... show more

Very nice desk! I bought it for my home office and am 100% satisfied with it. Assembly was...not terrible and once put together it's an excellent piece of furniture. I bought this over alternatives because while the top of most gaming-style desks this size is split into two pieces with a giant pad to cover the gap, this one is a single solid piece. Overall the desk large, very solid and well constructed; perfect for my needs. The only downside is that if you're in it for the blinky lights you will be disappointed. The light strip is a super basic three color LED thing with like one preset pattern. I didn't want it but I tried it out for kicks and honestly even if I were interested in some mood lighting I wouldn't have bothered to install it. ... show more

The assembly of building the desk was quite easy. Seems very sturdy and super fun and simple! My son loves the LED lights on the desk that match his computer and keyboard! Purchased this gift for a twelve year old boy, he loved it. The desk is very well constructed, easy to assemble and a good size. The colored LED lights at the back give it that extra appeal.

I got the product in a tore up Home Depot box. The screws are missing the USB hub is missing all I got was the LED light with nothing to plug into the table itself was chipped on each corner, waste of my money.
