This robe was just what I needed. A soft thirsty light weight robe for after a shower. I ordered a medium since I am short but a bit chubby. So it fit perfectly around me but the sleeves were a bit long so I hemmed them. I expected a baby blue robe based on the picture but the robe is a bit turquoise in color. Still not sure of the fabric content but the weave is just like terry cloth.

The quality of the robe is worth the price paid. It is light weight, and comfortable. I have washed it a few times, in cold water, and dried on a permanent press dryer setting. It seems to be holding up so far. The item fell short of 5 stars because it's not actually "Terry Cloth," as advertised. Maybe in the country of origin; China, this is considered terry cloth, but in actuality it is more of a microfiber cloth. It does not absorb water the way true terry cloth does, and that should be noted for anyone who is looking for a thicker absorbent authentic terry cloth robe.

I mean, considering the price it’s understandable, which is why I didn’t give a lower star rating. It’s pretty absorbent, but it’s ultra thin and doesn’t feel like you have anything on. If you're in the mood to feel like you're fighting a wet angry cat and that wet angry cat is you, then buy it. It's soft, very soft. If you're dry then it's great. But if you are buying this to use as a Terry bath robe to dry off after a bath or shower, please do not. It's microfiber feeling and your arm will not glide into the sleeve. It will take longer to get into than if you just dried yourself off with a regular towel. Too much friction with wet skin. Returning.
