I purchased two of these in 2014, and just bought a third. At first, I wasn't too sure about the design - it's basically a bulbous sphere (but good quality crystal, no cast markings), and I had some very nice and more intricate votive holders. But, as time went on, they became my favorites. The votive candles last for 3+ hours, the pattern of light cast on the table is very nice. So I bought a third one, and was pleased that it was even higher quality! Slightly higher, more symmetric. I've included a photo taken just with the ambient light given off. The newest addition is on the left.

These Orrefors tea light candle holders are so beautiful. When lit, they give out rays from the little "Raspberry" bubbles that just lighten up a table. Absolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful item, excellent choice for a gift. I took away one star because the description says "Tealight Included" but there was no tealight in either of the two that I purchased. Also, the bottom of the item says "Orrefors Sweden" but the box says "Made in Turkey." So even though this is technically correct, be aware that you are not purchasing "Swedish" crystal.

This is the most beautiful crystal candle holder ever designed:the quality of the crystal here is so upscale that the candle holder shines even when not lit, it easily catches light from outside sources. When it is lit it creates a true magic optical show. Even though the crystal is very thick this candle holder gives off very bright light due to the high clarity of the crystal and due to the design that allows the candle light to refract and multiply in those bubbles-prisms all around. It's not at all like other thick candle holders that make the candle light so deem and dull that you can hardly see it. These candle holders are heavy and steady and yet so dressy that I use them on my dining table when guests come for dinner.

I love, love, love this piece. I was originally looking around for a gift for a friend and stumbled upon this votive in the process. I could not be more delighted with it. Some votive holders overwhelm the candle or do nothing to enhance the light. Not this little baby. The shape is not only fun, but complements the candle and creates a very warm glow wherever it is placed (although I personally recommend a glass table for maximum effect). I am so happy with this purchase that I am in the process of ordering another one to enjoy.

This is so beautiful! I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend who collects Orrefors crystal, and I am sure that she will love this. It caught the light of my lamp beautifully, and can only imagine that when a candle is placed inside it will be amazing! Love this! The price cannot be beat. I plan on buying another for myself.
