So far, super great! I have only had this for 2 days. I am happy with the comfortable way it fits. I was looking for a quality jacket that wouldn't be restricting. I like to wear layers (shirt, sweatshirt then jacket) so I wanted a little bigger size, so this is an XL. It fits sleek, not bulky or like you are wearing a man's coat. I have not had a chance to test it in really cold weather or rain yet. (Thank goodness) I am always cold and it did great from home to work in 30° on medium heat. The hood was just right. I enjoyed wearing it on low, at work, in our office that is always frigid. So far well worth the money and depending on how it does when I go ATV trail riding in a few weeks, I may get another one as a gift to a friend. I did get an extra battery as backup. Delivery was as expected. I have already had compliments on how it looks. I did completely charge the battery before trying it out.

The jacket does warm well; however, I made the mistake of selecting a looser fit for movement and flexibility. The lose fit kept the warming cells away from my body, which in turn, did not keep me significantly warmer than my regular winter jackets. If I were to buy again, I would go for a fitted vest. I think that option would keep the warming cells closer to the skin, then layer with a jacket over to hold the heat in. I did purchase a vest as a gift for my MIL, and she absolutely loves it. She says it keeps her very warm and, as a side effect, helps her back pain and arthritis.

Update: The company reached out to me and it was still under warranty. They figured out the problem (it was the battery) and resolved it very quickly. I really appreciated the time this company took to make my problem right. My daughter is set for winter rides at the barn! I purchased this jacket for my daughter’s Christmas present. It stopped working in January. She was in the middle of a riding lesson and it turned off and has not worked since. Very disappointed for the cost.

This has been a great coat. Purchased for the winter shuttle ride into work. Heats up quickly and keeps me warm. Quality material! Love it!!! Only complaint is that my seatbelt hits the temp button just right that it will change the settings while I am driving.

I bought this jacket for my daughter last year. She loved everything about it. It worked perfectly. Unfortunately, about 10 months after purchasing the on/off button stopped working. I contacted Ororo, and they immediately replied. They have a one year warranty, so they sent me a return label for the jacket and in less than a week my daughter had her replacement jacket. They even went above and beyond to send the jacket to her in another state since she is away in college. I have a very happy girl as it has started to snow when she is. Thank you for such an amazing product and costumer service. I would give 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend this jacket and the company for their amazing costumer service. Bravo.

This was an early Christmas gift for my wife as we live in northern minchgan and it tends to get chilly here pretty quick. There have been a few days this season so far she has used this jacket and has loved it. She raves every time she wears it. No better investment into chilly fall and winter weather apparel had been made up to this point and unless I continue with the rest of this line of product I don't think anything else will meet the mark. Side note: She says this jacket is very nice, snuggly and warm even if the heater isn't turned on...

I was honestly kind of skeptical about this at first because it took a bit of time to heat up all the way but once it did I was absolutely in love. It gets so warm and is absolutely perfect. It’s very very well made and luxurious feeling. 10/10
